My name is Sizwe Gumede. I am a professional Personal trainer, group fitness and a yoga instructor and am based in Johannesburg, South Africa. My goal and passion as a fitness professional is to help people transform their lives to long, happy, fit and healthy lifestyles.
I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and have worked in various health and fitness clubs.
I specialise in yoga, fitness program design in own body weight training, stability ball training, bosu ball training, chair fitness training and weight training.
I give quality one on one and group training sessions.

Sizwe is good at motivating the class and has a good engery about him. He always gives us tips on how to eat healthy.
